I have been taking photos and videos at this New York Beach for many years where everyone takes care of each other and enjoys life together.

A butterfly at the Beach…
MS. COLOMBIA
This beautiful person used to do a fashion show every time she was on the beach, with the waves behind her. Her dog and bird were a part of the show. People at the beach would watch with admiration and cheer.
I took this photo in 2009 of Ms. Colombia’s fashion show. She would make new clothes every week.
The bird on the dog’s back would always follow Ms. Colombia throughout their fashion shows.
Every year for Ms. Colombia’s birthday, I made a poster to put on the gate behind the beach. People would put little presents around the poster hanging. Makeup, clothes, shells, etc.

I wish the knew the name of the sculptor. I love the idea of putting my photography inside the breast of Ms. Colombia. I thank him for that. The person who destroyed that piece of art is such a mean, stupid person. This is the monument dedicated to Ms. Colombia. There is a little picture at the top where you can see her eyes. She would do fashion shows on the beach, always with her dog, Chochita, and her parrot, Rosita. She would leave all her clothes on the rocks and march up and down the beach each time she got into a new outfit. Ever since she died, every year we do a big party for her. Carlos Villacres organizes the march with so much love and care for Ms. Colombia, with great food and music.
At night, sometimes people enjoy making fires and play music. Cheers!
